A real estate firm built by a blue collar founder, for the working man to take back control of his financial future…

We help hard working business owners invest in institutional quality real estate-without the stress, the suits, or the high risk.

Our mission: give blue collar entrepreneurs a better way to build lasting wealth and peace of mind through alternative investments they can trust

A man with short dark hair and a beard sitting on a wooden bench outdoors, smiling at the camera, wearing a cream-colored short-sleeve shirt with a floral pattern.

My name is Elijah Iung.

I started my first business, an agriculture service company, when I was 18. For over ten years, I was deep in it: hauling waste, fixing equipment, chasing down parts, and constantly thinking about what might go wrong when I wasn’t around. I know what it feels like to miss family dinners, to never fully relax on vacation, and to carry the full weight of a business on your shoulders.

Eventually, I sold that company. But I never stopped thinking about the problem I couldn’t solve back then: how do you build real peace of mind and long-term financial stability, without giving up control or handing everything over to people on Wall Street who don’t respect and truly understand where we come from?

That’s why I started Legacy Way Holdings—to give business owners and hardworking people like us a better way to invest, grow, and protect what we’ve built.

No fluff. No gimmicks. Just solid, real assets that you can be proud to own a piece of—and a partner who understands where you're coming from.
